OUR THERAPISTS

Healing begins in the safety of connection. When we feel seen, accepted, and understood, we find the courage to break old patterns and move toward lasting change.

Jenny Massey

I'm a Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a deep passion for supporting adults and relationships of all kinds. With many years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult and transformative moments.

I believe that healing happens in connection — to ourselves and to others. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that we all have the capacity for growth and change. I work to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your inner world, navigate relationship challenges, and gently shift the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My practice is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens to the work we do together. Whether you're coming to therapy as an individual or in a relationship, I aim to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
